it would be magnificent if someone would just post what was needed and how to do it.

From my understanding then. The sounds in my "sound" folder on my server do get sent over to the client? The problem is just getting them to hear it?

The sounds consist of new common sounds along with special infected. New tank music and finals music; that sort of thing.

So to make it simple. Does anyone know of a way to get my sounds from the "sound" folder on the server to play on the clients?

The problem isn't getting people to hear your sounds. The problem is to bypass the sounds a client hears server side without overwriting their original sounds. Overwriting their sounds will make people not so happy. Playing sounds on the other hand can be done. Clientside replacements can be done if the client wants it. Ive asked the question many times if there is a way to stop default sounds a client triggers on the server side. Ive seen mods stop music but Im not sure that it was done on purpose. If we can stop the client from triggering the default sounds with a redirect script server side then it will do exactly what you are asking. So far I myself haven't seen anyone do this yet. If you were asking if you can have your sounds played and clients can hear it with a basic timer that can be done. Event triggers can be done. Official replacements?
