Everytime that the game starts the admin command goes off, why does that happens?
Is a tf2 server? It happens when start an ultiduo game and ugc games....

The admin command goes off? Could you be more descriptive about your problem?

Are you just switching the map or executing a config? Do those configs contain anything to unload plugins, etc?

Probably he means the admin menu becomes unavailable. Most likely he is using sql based admins and it is taking a long time to get them from the database.
