Hello guys. Im from Romania and i need some help. Ive seen some plugins on a random server from here, and im looking for 4 of them.

1. plugin for steam players: bonus weapons on roundstart
2. that message on the wall, every map
3. that type of roundwarm
4. custom top10 or top15

1) Well just load a menu for all players on roundstart.

3) A hudmessage on first round, since it's warmup.

If you have a steam account, this doesn't mean that you can't run a non-steam server..
