ok so i downloaded this plugin, and it is not working..the Cvars i have for this plugin are
"

l4d_specialammo_killcountsetting 50
l4d_specialammo_amount 75
l4d_specialammo_canlighttank 0
l4d_specialammo_dumdumforce 150
l4d_specialammo_recoilreduction 1
"
i have the asu121 plugin also , would that cause this to not work? i would really like to have this working

EDIT: i do not have "survival_upgrades 1" in my .cfg

Can you just add dum dums to the hunter rifle all the time and no other upgrades to any weapons??

i want to double the damage the hunter rifle does to everything maybe 2.5x damage..

For weapon damage modification see the sm_damage plugin, more specifically my post regarding L4D weapons here.

As for your request ... ive whipped up a plugin that should do.
