Proper sv_maxrate, sv_minrate etc. setting for this specs

I was about to use the reece sv_maxrate calculator but its askin for (1) mhz core. I have a pentium D (dual core) CPU with 3ghz I have no idea how to get the mhz each core.

specs;

Pentium D (Dual Core) Processor
3GHZ
3GB memory
with 1.07 Mbps upload speed.

I'm planning to run a 16 slots, maybe exceed it to 18 slots.

Any suggestions are welcome.

were are you basin this from? are those just random setting you came up with..

does this means default value 30 or really 0.

Anyone ?
