sry it is "apt-get install tuned" not tuned-adm. if this is not working either, do this:

edit file /etc/apt/sources.list and add this:

deb http://ftp.de.debian.org/debian sid main

save file and run apt-get update and than install tuned with apt-get install tuned

should work 100%

Tried second thing it worked then i launched tuned-adm profile latency-performance Thanks for help mate not sure if did some effect because only 2 players online now

Well after changes 2 players online 1 gotv bot what doesnt record any thing http://prntscr.com/idc5us also test out with 10 bots on de_dust2 nothing really changed cpu usage +/- 40-50%

You can try XanMod kernel. Website: https://xanmod.org/ or a lowlatency Kernel from ubuntu mainline but i recommend XanMod.

Well didnt help at all but thanks for trying help. Should i try get windows server license for 2008 r2 and try out that? But Right now i only have a chance test out a windows 8 server and like i said with cracked windows server 2016 i got isseus with sv but cpu was around 5%
Also i want host second server on same machine or should not even try that?

i use one "physical core" now for every server i am running.

server 1 -> cpu 0,4
server 2 -> cpu 1,5
server 3 -> cpu 2,6





so 128 tick and full server with 24 slots the cpu usage on that core is max 60%, without taskset it was 90%+ or higher over 100%.

Actual Windows is better than ubuntu for CPU usage in CS:GO SRCDS.
Currently almost 64 slots servers using Windows.

Can someone confirm this ? cuz i have a server running ubuntu 16.04 at 40 players the sv/var goes crazy with a xeon cpu @3.7ghz x4 .
