when you all have so many good ideas here is/are other idea/ideas :

player willbe slower when you shoot the foots
player can't hear anymore when you shoot ears.
player can't shoot anymore when you shoot hands.
player can't make babys anymore when you shoot xxx.
player can't see anymore when you shoot eyes.

ok when you realy want to make this then you can add a new effect.

for example : after player runned/walked more then 1 KM. then he willbe tired & will slower. with a mini sound effect & 10 sec. pause task. that player after xxx sec. can run normal

That with tired I am sure that there exists a plugin that already does that. And I will not use tasks for that...

I'm really, really very curious where this "bone" came out from... because I didn't ever seen it, heard from it whatsoever... I've searched, I've decompiled a default player model... either ways I didn't found the dang bone...
Where exactly is it located ? Is it in the actual biped skeleton ? (looked there and it isn't present... ) It's calculated by the game engine itself ? ( like it's a "virtual bone" a sum of other bones or something ? ) It doesn't even have a dedicated hitbox... nothing... and I'm dieing of curiosity....

It is not a bone practically. It is just a simulated hitbox. When you shoot players, if the place where the bullet has hit is near the bone number 6 (it is a distance check!), then we have a heart shot. You just need to see how the plugin is made. It is not that hard.
