Round End Protection for players in CS GO

I'm trying to get a plugin that makes players invincible (with GodMode) after the Round End for my Zombie Escape Server in CS GO so in that way players (the humans who survived or the zombies who won) will not get killed by trigger_hurt entities at the round end for example, but i found nothing than old CSS plugins that don't work anymore, can someone help me and create a plugin for this? I would greatly appreciate it.
