A plugin request that (under admin flag), an admin can turn another player into a ragdoll (with their respective playermodel) via "sm_ragdoll [NAME]". With this, the player will remain in a ragdoll state (and cannot die/despawn whilst in ragdoll state) until the round is over.
- While the player is in this ragdoll state, any user can hold "E" (or whatever special keybind that's preferable for sourcemod) and start dragging the ragdolled player around.
