there is an example of a superhero.ini with higher levels in the stuff you downloaded

the only thing you need to do is edit NUMLEVELS to lets say 20, then you must add 10 more number groups to each line, just in case you switch to no save
the total number of number groups is one more than your NUMLEVELS, because level 0 is a level,
ex is above, see how NUMLEVELS is 20 but each line has 21 groups of numbers
