When I use "Faster Speed" When I change weapons or fire the speed returns to normal, I would like to keep the speed fast. Can you tell me how to fix this and how to increase the speed please?

You have another plugin that affects your speed.
You can change the speed from the .ini file or the cshop_edit command.
About the error - did you maybe add any other Custom Shop plugins before the main plugin in plugins.ini?

I've disabled the plugins to rule that out but I keep getting that error message, as you have put it in the order you indicate.

custom_shop.amxx
cshop_items.amxx

I could also change the speed with what you indicated but when I shoot the speed returns to normal.

UPDATE

I changed the format of CustomShop.txt to "ANSI" and I don't get that error in the console anymore, only the speed issue remains when shooting that stays with it.

I just loved this plugin; I just wanted to ask if I added a skin plugin, for example, Golden AK 47; I like a player to purchase that skin without loosing or buying again. This means if the map is changed or the server is restarted, or if the player reconnects to the server, the skin should remain intact with him. He can equip or unequip the weapon if he wishes after purchasing the weapon skin.

The shop only works for the current map. Any long-term purchases would need to be handled via a separate plugin. You could edit your skin plugin to do that.
