It is my first plugin.
What is it to do?
Only allow the Spectator team to listen the voice from their team and other team
Command in chat
!hear
this cmd is only enable for spectator team.You can turn on or off the voice from other team

What's the point of being a spectator if you can't hear voices from both teams? Or are you talking about dead survivors/infected in free look mode?

I mean that there are three team: survivor,infected and spectator.
when u r in spectator u can hear other team what they are talking about.
but if u r in survivor or infected team, u'r listen is normal even u died until
u change ur team to spectator team
there are some servers allow more then 8 ppl in but allow 8 players.
Others only can be spectator,like 4 survivor ,4 infected , 4 spectator.

He's saying some servers use the mod that allows more than 8 players in the game, but still restrict the teams to 4 vs 4. This mod allows the spectators to hear voice chats from the other teams. Almost like SourceTV

I did not have time to test it on a server with other people. But I noticed that it was telling me that listen was disabled when I joined the game. Your hooked event was being triggered just from switching between teams and on join.

I made some changes to the plugin so it does not tell you its disabled when you leave the spectator team, also will not enable it automatically on the spectator team.

Only the !hear trigger will allow you to enable it. I find this to be a little bit cleaner.

I did some more tweaking to this plugin.

I added a fix when used with SnareSpeak. All-Talk at the end of the round was breaking this plugin.

Also, I changed it when a player changes to spectator they will automatically start hearing voice chat (No Notification). To disable it they will have to type !hear
