Hi all,

i know there is a way to change the skybox:
Code:
ServerCommand("sv_skyname %s",skyname);
But a client need a reconnect to show the new skybox.
Is there a way to do it on the Fly?

I do not think so, but asking is not wrong ;D

Create a model with the new skybox texture around the skybox camera?

Interesting, Thx.

But the skybox is a world brush (not a brush entity or Model) and will defined by "sv_skyname".

Or im wrong?

Yes, but if you are lucky and the map has a 3D skybox you can create a model in it, which will then get scaled up. Otherwise no idea. Maybe you could force the clients to reload materials somehow.
