This used to happen in my server back when I used a default blockmaker.
It was because we had a lot of other plugins running and blockmaker causes lag when you look at or stand on one of the special blocks.
This is because it tells you the block information every client pre think (every 0.01 seconds).
So, that means you are being sent 100 HUD messages every second while you stand on that invincibility block.

Grenade Giver - if player touches this block he will be asked if he wants: x He grenades x flashbangs x smokegrenades (a cvar to this if it will show x smokegrenades or x frostnades) The "x" is set by cvars. i think that 1 he, 3 flash or 2 smokes/frosts will be good for my server WeaponChance - if player touches this block he will get a random weapon chosen from a .ini file (admin writes in the name of the wapons that he want to be on the block). must have a cvar if player gets a random weapon or if he can choose one in a hudmenu (only weapons from the .ini file). must also have a cvar for all weapons how many bullets they are given for each weapon. if admin chose that the weaponchance block will show up a menu it must also show how many bullets there are in each weapon like this: Icebhop, damagebhop, firebhop - if admin choose one of theese blocks in the menu he will be asked in the menu if he wants with bhop or not. must have a cvar if admin wants a own model to theese or the same model as the regular ice, damage, fire or the regular blocks but with glowing edges. the glowing color is set by cvar. also can you update your blockmaker so players can choose by cvars what blocks they want to be on their server. or else every1 needs to download like 70-80 models if i have custom textures because of the tiny and large new models. ehmmm.... sorry but when I create a blocks example 15 blocks per map IT LAGs!!!! why? I have 32/32 players nolag server 40 lag,but when I'm creating blocks lag up to 110-400? what a hell?

Whats your servers FPS?
Where is your server based?
Where in the world are you?

amxmodx full,clean 1.8.1 and the newest version 4.01.
Server is on linux on ROOT!
Country lithuania.
Max FPS I don't written.But nolag to all 30-40 when I disable blockmaker.And sometimes server stock on 2 seconds
