This is a server side bug
If you do not have high enough server FPS the user gains too much speed
This leads to people lagging "through" the block/teleport and ther server thinks they have hit the floor
The only way to fix this (that i know of) is to buy a server with decent FPS

The server is a 1000FPS server, so it shouldn't be a problem, tho.

The only incorrect portion of this is that server fps has nothing to do with this.
It is actually the amount of ping between the player and server.
The higher the ping, the slower it will detect touching a block.
If you have too high of speed, you can fall onto a no fall damage block before it detects that you touched it, which is why you would die/get hurt instead of the block doing it's job.

The pings of users is less than 20. Is there a work'a'round for this?

Even with low pings, the speed is still a large factor.
If you ever exploited cs_assault and went onto skywalk, you would know that you are able to fall behind the bridge.
If you place a no fall damage on the bottom, it sometimes will not work because if the speed you will gain from falling from such a high spot.

hmm Exolent, i always use that spot to fall down on no fall damage. and i get no damage?

ex0lent, i have your BM and your HNS in my server.
But i have one question:
When i get invisible;immunity; and other blocks, my ping up 5 to 300.
What i can do? I have changed my sprites but not results appear.

1. Blockmaker is not mine.
2. This is caused by too many hud messages sent to the player while standing on the block (saying how much time is left).
The only way to fix it is to add a delay between each message.

Neco, if you are planning another version it would be great if you could remake the code about the size for the blocks. Because i want to add another size to it and i cant because the scale shit blocks it. If someone else might be able to help i would appriciate it.
