Uploaded a new version with default values (meaning to register a new command its as simple as Dev_RegConCmd("sm_blah <filter>",Command_Blah); or Dev_RegAdminCmd("sm_blah <filter>",Command_Blah);)
Also fixed a small issue that may have caused a character to be clipped off the end of commands.
