In the logs it shows as a normal message without any special tags or anything. Why do you need their STEAM ID? Many people do it, I can do it too.

Ok then put in CODE here exactly how you do it so I can copy and paste and see if I can replicate it on one of my servers.

\a 50@lololol it will say lolol in some color.

Anything? Basically it's \ahexcode <message> (i.e. '\aCC6699 hello' would produce a pink colored 'hello).

im kinda curious if this could be adapted to detect not just color abuse but strip away all unicode from client commands being send to the server
