- Use cvar pointer for all cvars even mp_startmoney
- Register the whole command for "say /money"
- Consider using get_players
- cs_get_user_team would be better than get_user_team (can be false on dead players)
- chat can only handle 4 or 5 lines, would be better to consider another system to print teamates that need money
- cache message index value in colorchat stock, also you can remove the check against id == 0 because you don't use that case in your plugin, and if you plain to use it in another plugin, consider sending 1 MSG_ALL or MSG_BROADCAST rather than looping all clients
- You could also directly put ^4 ^3 and ^1 so you could remove replace_all stock from the colorchat stock.
