whenever admin changes like sv_password 345 or rcon sv_password 345

than a message to all is shown to all alive,dead & spec in colorchat Green
THIS SERVER IS NOW PASSWORD PROTECTED WITH PASSWORD 345

or than if password is removed than in Blue chat
THIS SERVER IS NO MORE PASSWORD PROTECTED

Youre not supposed to bump until 2 weeks no matter what its the same for all people its not only you who needs help.

But back to the question do you have any 3rd party plugins installed?

no i ve 7 third party plugin installed in my server

When i change it i get:
ADMIN Micke1101: satt cvar sv_password till "*** SKYDDAD ***"

which means
ADMIN Micke1101: changed cvar sv_password to "*** PROTECTED ***"

You can prevent this by changing in your ML files but id try to find the plugin as well

Open up your console.
rcon sv_password "HardcoreGySx"
rcon say "The password is HardcoreGySx"
