When a new round begin ... the user is "flashed" for ~ 1.3 seconds ... I want that flash to last more than that 1.3 seconds ...

Plugins is cool
I installed on my server and I have 1 problem.
Plugin is working fine when I go listen server.
But when I start dedicated server, plugin wont flash/message user on what team is (I tried "/alerts" command, and it shows "Alerts ON/OFF" but it wont flash/message user).
Another problem is amx_taglow command, it don't work in both cases.
When I type:
amx_taglow
It prints message:
Usage: amx_taglow 1/0 turns glow on or off
But when I type:
amx_taglow 1
or
amx_taglow on
It just prints error that command don't exists.
I tried to remove all custom plugins and to remove all plugins (just to left teamalert.amxx) and its same.
Anyone experienced that problem?
Btw I use latest AMXX version and latest cstrike module.
