srcds server runs well without l4dtoolz, but if it added，server often crashes with memory access error.

i decided to upload my snapshot of l4dtoolz - it may fix crash for windows
also for the first time l4toolz support linux version of l4d2, but this is working version, so may not be stable and have this limitation:
-sv_maxplayers limited to 18
-sv_unlock_sb_add is borken
-no version for l4d1

memory access error is go on, maybe maxplayers should also limted to 18.
when i type maxplayers in console, maxplayers value is still 32.
