Purpose:
Just spawn second tank when director spawns first tank.

Settings (ConVars):

can be found in: cfg/sourcemod/l4d_tank_double.cfg

so the ending part doesnt have more then one tank

as this will bug those who used the "boss tank plugin"

I've made some edits that fits my needs:

Now second tank only spawns on normal or easy and only if it's coop game.
Another second tank can only be spawned if the second tank is killed
Added l4d_tank_double_chance_tankrun which dictates chance to spawn a second tank in tankrun gamemode
Will also spawn a second tank anytime whenever alive survivor count is higher than 4

Good to use https://forums.alliedmods.net/showpo...99&postcount=5 so both tanks attack at once
