Tsunami, good idea. I did a quick update to make the TF2 dependent hooks optional.

I don't plan to support every mod out there. This plugin is mainly for TF2, but it will play nice with other mods.

Also, you were right about dontBroadcast, the event isn't being sent (to the server), so it's blocking it. I'll have to revert my code back to refiring a copy of the event. Thanks, again!

Thanks for reverting it back. I've been trying to block the "x has joined the game" message for 2 days, I tried everything mentioned on these forums (yes, even refiring the event, although not exactly like you did it) but could not get it to work. So I'll try your code later, and if it doesn't work, you bet I'll be back

Edit: figures, 2 days of testing to find out I just wasn't pre-hooking it Also, since it works on other mods now you should remove [TF2] from your title

Only the Connect and Disconnect Messages are blocked with "Tidy Chat" and the server crash when i try to join.
