No, MOTD was removed with the Panorama update. That is the entire point of this thread. The "Server Website" button is not the same as the MOTD.

The MOTD, which you could open with the chat command "motd" never existed in CSGO. I always missed that feature. We had to do JavaScript-Stuff in order to open a popup which simulated the "motd" panel.

This JavaScript-Method has been removed entirely with panorama. We have absolutely no chance to open any webaddress in the motd popup.

Let's just say they might be working on a new base instead of javascript as that caused fps drops aswell

Hahaha I noticed that. I mean, reddit is a shit hole, but it's hilarious to see all the upvoted comments about how great the change was and all the downvoted comments about how communities will die without ads.

You could have at least said to push the URLs to the steam overlay like the scoreboard button does. This resolves the whole ad issue.

Now it's just a winge about ads.
