Anybody know how to change c_models in TF2? For example c_buffbanner.

Wait, so you mean like, change the Buff Banner model to something else? You can change world models but not viewmodels (afaik).

I used these tutorials to change the w and v models for a weapon in TF2. I'm not sure how much will be different for a c model.

If you only want to change the flag that appears on the Buff Banner, you should be able to just edit the material file. There are plenty of tutorials on how to change that.
