Hi i have csgo server with 13 slots but some times 18-21 players joinning my server and its start lagging is there any way to prevent joinning more than 13players?

it is a game bug, all these people join through console. try this plugin https://forums.alliedmods.net/showthread.php?p=2302217

Client limiter also suck i was limited the slots to sv_maxvisibleplayer to 13 but it's not allowing more than 11players
