Hello, i need help. I have recently started my own csgo server.

This is my first one and i wanted to add new mvp sounds so i downloaded a plugin and then uploaded everything correctly. But when i load into my sever the download stays at 0%. It says

``` Downloading sound/mvp/illuminati.mp3 ... 0% ```

Any help would be great!
