I had my fare share of vault edits in my time .
This plugin saves kills as xp, in my past used plugins i could edit them because in vault things looked like this: "STEAM_0:0:123456" "2500" the 2500 signified the number of XP.

But this plugin saves gibberish in vault and i don't know how to edit gibberish...

You can clearly see that it sets the number of kills with the player's steamid, so I don't see what should be fixed here. How are you even editing the vault? Things in vault never look like you described them, so you can't possibly edit them with a normal text editor. They look like that with plugins that use fVault, and this one uses nVault. Search for nVault editor.

Nvauld editor does not work . instead i can edit with nVault Reader .

nVault Editor works. Can you explain the issue you had with it?

If you see "TLVn " it means you're opening it in a text editor which would not work. Vaults are saved in binary.
