Read the rules(https://forums.alliedmods.net/showthread.php?t=21956). Your plugin must have a proper description. We don't know what your plugins are for, how to use them + I picked one randomly and code seems to be bad, I think you don't even understand it.

Please take your time, learn more, and post a plugin with sane code and with clear description.
