[SUG]FrozeNCatch MOD (Mixture of Tagmod & Catching.)

Can someone create a mod like this ?

What do I mean by "FrozeNCatch?" How This mod should work :

CT = Catcher who will go around searching for T .
T Have got a certain amount of time to hide. Example T has (60sec) to hide at any places they want. But after 60sec , They wouldn't be able to move because they will be freezed.
After the CT caught the T , the T will become CT . and the CT who caught the T will earn 1 frag.
After round end , T will be given a gun to kill ct . But CT wouldn't be able to receive any gun .

It would be best if someone can create a map for this mod .

i feel thats its mixes from hide n seek and touch game xD

The name itself should be called HideNSeek. But if you play HideNSeek mod , You will notice that we're not even hiding :O . But the ct is like only running around trying to kill T .

their is a mod like this , i played a mod like this like 1 year ago.. its hns name too..

Maybe slightly different from the HnS . Cos this one is after letting the T to go find a place to hide for 60 sec . After 60sec , CT will go round searching for T but T will be frozed.
