Removed the .amxx file and why posting it here instead of over off-topic/suggestions & requests or new plugin submissions?

What does mean this:
Fix - Server Crashing
Fix - 1 Kill Admins
Fix - Users.ini Sets

The plugin is broken and do you need it to be fixed or you fixed those things?
