i want to make a unique boss. But the rage is a little op, so weighdown is nerfed but i want to nerf the rage by only doing it on ground

There are some existing rages like skeleton's king that can be configured to be used on the ground only, but asides that, being able to throw a rage ONLY when grounded needs an own subplugin
