This plugin lets a server administrator use TF2's built-in item whitelist feature outside of tournament mode. You can use it to disable things like cosmetics before they spawn in, which can help prevent edict crashes on certain maps with high playercounts.

No cvars, just unload the plugin to turn it off. Don't use it if you want to keep mp_tournament on.

Make sure you also use the gamedata file included below. Now has Windows signatures!

With the recent Conscientious Objector scare that's going around, I'll take this opportunity to shill this plugin a bit.

If you want to disable the Objector, Flair, Clan Pride, and Photo Badge items temporarily, you can use this plugin to do so. Just dump the text file below into your server's tf folder, enable the plugin, and you're good to go. If you want to rename the file or put it somewhere else, use the mp_tournament_whitelist convar to specify a different filepath relative to the base install folder.

You'll need to change maps or restart the server for the whitelist to kick in if you load the plugin mid-map.

Also, the gamedata file now has Windows signatures.
