Anyone know how I can change the charge time on the ball once you've hit it with the bat?

or type cvarlist in console and lag a sec

That would be useful when your ingame and need it.

What map is that that you go into the dark room at around the middle of the video?

the map is called af_construct_b1

The dark room is basically an achievement trophy room.
