Uh, what you said didn't make sense to me. I'm not sure but, I don't think a bomb kill count violates GNU General Public License. I believe he is responding to...

The code may be used or copied. But I heard you meant that no one can call it their own.

Violating the GNU General Public License would be like selling plugins, or not making the source available to others.

Correct me if I'm wrong.
