this plugin is based on
Stokes Law to add the wind effect to the battlefield on every entity that's not on the ground exept for "func_tracktrain" & "fun_wall" class ents.
cvars:
wind_speed Float // wind speed. default 10.
in the begining wind angle will be randomly choosen then it will change every 10 seconds by 1° in random direction.
PS:
setting wind_speed to 0 won't stop the effect. it will be in that case work as air pressure effect.
