How do you move the xp/ level/ power line?

The line where shows xp levels and powers is always under the crosshair and causing problem when aiming. How can I move it to bottom or only display for specific time? Thanks

opps. just saw the other thread. says type

But how to put it into server to set hud_centerid 0 as default.

It's a CMD, not a server CVar.

The only way to make if "default" for everyone is to use slowhack.

Besides, i believe the default value is "0"
