You can change sh_saveby in the shconfig.cfg.

but it restarts when changing maps, what I want is to be saved even if you change the map by name only by name.

Then you should check to see if you are using the fast XP method, where XP is never saved. This is also in the config file. Look thou it and read it all, and you will find allot of usefull configs.

Why do I even need to explain that? It is common sense to look at the config files when setting up a server.
