the onclientputon server is not reliable as when you are downloading content you are stuck in a spectator spot until you finish downloading the map

Ok.. I have also test it and it works

And what I have looked source file
admin flag = d (ban) is immunity to this, and of course flag = z

Why not flag = a (reservation) like vip-players or donators...
I change it myself in *.sp file line 4

Tested
MMS 1.8.0 and SM 1.3.1
srcds running OS Windows 7

I test myself running srcds and cs:s game same computer.
Server changed sv_cheats 1
and I start using these commands in cs:s-game console
net_fakelag 62 = fake ping 112ms
net_fakeloss 10 = choke 13

First time when this plugin take action to me because bad connection.
Plugin kicked me from server but in player view... it looked that server crashed and player get stand idle
If wait half minute, console sent "Server connection timed out."

Second time it kick player faster to menu like should be.
Disconnect: Your connection is loosing too many packets..

so is this working now and you don't get kicked anymore if content gets downloaded? I'm asking as "OnClientPutInServer" is still in use.

Yes it is, but now is useless IMO; now I'm checking player's spawn before doing anything

and do you think that a loss limit of 3% will work? I think so because for best online gaming experiences you should have even 0% loss, don't you?

Set it as you want if you think so, you won't loose anything in trying. I remember I had like ~4 loss in a server without so many differences..

Remember install good MAPS !!
If there are built lazy, not used hammer-map editor tools wich improves players FPS and latency.
That cause huge amount choke/loss...

There can be a list of fucked up maps somewhere, just for tell people about that.
