Hello all! So recently, I haven't been able to hold a grenade in game with my Mouse1 button. As soon as I click and hold, it throws as if i just single clicked. Any idea what might be causing this? I have tried two or three different servers and same results. Not sure what to do. Don't really want to reinstall my cs...

And if I hold Mouse1 i can still spray. And I tested in paint to see if I can do continuous lines and i can, so it only seems to be in cs...

1. sorry for the stupid answer, but .. sometimes, it's a mouse problem.
2. move your cs files somewhere and reinstall the game without really uninstalling it, beware of uninstalling the whole steam, this will erase EVERYTHING.

No on my config (set to read-only) mouse1 is bound to +attack.

Also tried deleting my config file completely and going with a fresh one. No change.

I have my cstrike folder backed up, but it is like 5 gigs so it is a pain in the ass lol.

That's strange. I would say check your mouse setting, but since you can still spray your weapons I doubt it's that. I don't see how reinstalling would help, since you deleted your config.ini. Just be patient and maybe someone will come up with a solution for you.

Yeah I tried switching my primary mouse button and same results. Not sure what is going on but I will be patient.

• install steam in another OS/computer and copy past your old cstrike there.
• move your whole steam (main files and cstrike folder) except other games to another computer to test if it's an OS problem.
