Another bug to report, friendly players can block rockets and I would assume other various projectiles.

I know you trying to stick with the whole 'simple' idea...but some players dislike the fact that you can't really see their cosmetics when you are "friendly". Any chance to add a cvar or 2 to have option for amount of "translucency" and/or perhaps "glow/outline". Cheers mate.

Hey,
i am using this friendly plugin, because the other one makes my server crash for no reason. This plugin is good so far, doesn't look like there are any troubles with it. Only disadvantage is that friendly players can get trough respawnroomvisualizer by bugging into an enemy. If he just gets trough it is ok, but when he just stays in the middle of the respawnroomvisualizer, he blocks the door. Anyway to fix it or maybe add cvar to enable enemy clips again?

I made a few changes to friendly for my needs. Enjoy!

Changes:
  • No transparency
  • No color overlay on player, cosmetics, weapons
  • Removed RTD effects when entering friendly mode (not sure why that isn't default)

It seems after the release of the Jungle inferno update Simple friendly is experiencing some bugs.

Bugs:
1. Spells hurt you in friendly, mainly tested with fire breath where splash damage injured users who were in friendly mode.
2. If you collect a spell and go into friendly mode, you are restricted from using the spell, once you exit friendly mode you still cannot use any spells until you rejoin the server.
3. Thermal Thruster taunt kill can destroy buildings whilst in friendly mode.
4. Non friendly medics can heal friendly players, enabling them to build their ubercharge in an advantageous way.
5. You can destroy enemy buildings in friendly mode.

Running: SourceMod 1.8.0.6028, by AlliedModders LLC
Note: No error log generated regarding this plugin.

Not sure about those spells but you can disable the taunt for TT in the source code by ID or classname

I've also noticed that with the hook enabled on the server, if you go into then out of friendly mode, the hook is still unusable. Suicide doesn't work - I had to quit the server and rejoin to get it back.
