[L4D2] Invisible Players and Looping Animations with 8-Player SuperVersus Setup Coop

I have been encountering this bug for a long time. I am using SourceMod, MetaMod, SuperVersus, and L4DToolZ.
When the bot spawn number in SuperVersus is set to 4, and 8 players join the game from the lobby (using mm_dedicated_force_servers in the launch options to connect to my server), only 4 players spawn normally. The remaining players may either appear dead or be invisible.
Then I tried setting the bot spawn number to 8. In some maps, all 8 players spawn correctly. However, on many maps — especially those with intro cutscenes — 1 or 2 players still appear invisible, and sometimes 1 or 2 survivor models loop their intro animations endlessly.
In this configuration, no one spawns dead, but the invisible player issue remains. The only workaround I have found is to go idle and rejoin the game to become visible again.
I suspect this issue happens because players join the server before the extra 4 bots are spawned, which causes a desync or bug.
I still havent found a reliable fix. Has anyone else experienced this? Any ideas how to solve it? This has been confusing me for a long time.
