[CS:GO]

I have got the problem. Whenever me with admin permissions will use:

*sm_mute "player" <time> "reason" - it prevets player from usage of his microphone

But in additional it disables that player voice chat. He can not hear anyone. Do you know any reason which could affect? Any server options?
