Hi

I recently got my HLDS server running (only on LAN though, I don't got static IP yet) And when Im building (It's an hns server) the server stop working. I have to restart HLDS to make it work again. This happens once every 10min or so, but only on SOME maps.

Anybody know how to fix this?

Does it work fine without any modifications on it? (MetaMod, AMX Mod X, HNS). Make sure it works after each step that way you know what is causing it when you add something.

Also, you need to post any errors that show up either in the server console or the logs.

This is a bug mostly in course/blockmakers happends alot of times when u build server get overloaded and times out.

Or do post error logs if u have

theres no error log, but the program doesnt response, the HLDS screen becomes kinda "white-ish" when I lick it and I can choose between: "quit the program" and "wait for it to respond"

Go back and start from the begining. You need to make sure that it runs correctly after each stage. HLDS Only. MetaMod. AMX Mod X. HNS.

Yes white-ish means that it crashed or fatal errors such as plugins etc. i recommend u disable blockmaker ur using and test if server does crash. If it doesent then u got ur anwser:: What bm are you using?

I had same problem on c21_gurka you have to reinstall bm prehaps change it.
