What does this have to do with AMXX 0.20 TP4???

Post in the WC3 plugin forums.
I noticed this too awhile back and remember fixing it by checking if entity is 0 (or invalid) then return from pfn_touch.
This could indeed be a TP4 (or 0.20 really) issue because it uses the new fakemeta sdk and maybe some stuff like at what time forwards are registered can have changed. Issues like this is likely to appear in some plugins and they should be updated.
