is there any way to use sv_downloadurl with FTP server???
something wrong with my IIS....I am not planning to host http anymore...too many hackers..

or if there are free hosting for cs files...

ummmmm...i think i found a web that can help me host my files, testing...but I have to upload files one buy one....~

If your using freewebs.com, they don't work. I found a thread on my server host's forums. Maybe you can ask that guy for free webhost. PM me, I'll give you the link.
