STEAM_1:0:0 in "status" on all players

Hello, today my server ask me for update, but i dont do it, and i have trouble with it..
All players on my server have "STEAM_1:0:0 0", and dont work skins..Server is No-steam. I can't update my server, it's my problem ;) how can i fix it? before it skins working..
console say's:
MasterRequestRestart
Your server is out of date. Please update and restart..

Make your server Steam-only and your problem will be solved.

If you don't want to make your server Steam-only, then please leave this website, as you will not find any help here.
