This happened since cs go update this morning, tutorial means nothing. I am also getting this, the round is basically not ending.

ZR doesn't throw an error message at that line in the file, so we most likely need a gamedata update (at least the cstrike extension in SourceMod do).

Mines fine, haven't needed to change or update anything.

It's difficult to tell. We only got the stack trace, not the actual error message. So I assumed based on the line the code failed on.

Actually if you're running on a Windows server you may need a gamedata update, use the latest Windows SM 1.6 snapshot. Sorry Richo
