Tested on a new installation of L4D2 with latest SourceMod and MetaMod.

When trying to spawn any item, the server crashes.

No idea, works on mine and others, maybe you have some conflict or old/bad version of sourcemod?

Plugin updated:

1.1 (18-Aug-2013)
- Added cvar "l4d_weapon_spawn_count" to set how many times a spawner gives items/weapons before disappearing.
- Added cvar "l4d_weapon_spawn_randomise" cvar to randomise the spawns based on a chance out of 100.

I contact with Silvers here an bug with shotgun ammo convar. In L4D plugin does not work now, in L4D2 has a bug. Expect the next version guys.
