my friend say he need Deathrun, deathrace, surf, soccerjam's Combine mod.

Do you mean you want all of the functionality from all those plugins to be running at the same time? If yes, are there issues if you simply run them at the same time? (note I never used any of these plugins and don't really know what they do)
